Yes. The outdoor pool, hot tub and water slide are private, available year-round and listed as open 24 hours.

The villa is not beachfront and the nearest beach options require a drive. Guests often plan beach day trips, and transportation can be arranged based on the beach and itinerary you choose.

Pool day passes are not normally offered, although an exception may sometimes be considered. Contact the host with your date, group size and preferred hours for availability, outdoor-access terms and a quote.

The gated driveway has space for up to 16 vehicles, making arrivals easier for large local groups and retreats.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa and is only permitted in outdoor areas; Airbnb lists a US$300 indoor-smoking penalty.

Weddings, reunions and celebrations can be considered with advance approval and must be held outdoors. Non-overnight attendees are limited to designated outdoor or event areas; indoor access is for registered overnight guests.
